Bad software, dead give away when it makes a restore point before you use it. It took out my sound card drivers, only way to fix was to restore windows to a previous state (and not their restore point...

it did what it said. nothing more, nothing less.
Cannot install program (Only loaded from the uptuden website) because it bounced to load the Net Framework 4.0 and then closed itself, although the device has a Net Framework 4.7, so decided to go to ...
